Rinse with water before wiping to avoid grinding in sand or dust, then dry with a microfiber cloth, never a shirt hem or paper towel. Store them in a case when you're not wearing them, and avoid leaving them on a dashboard or anywhere they'll sit in direct heat, warped frames are almost always a heat problem, not a defect.
